Woerner Warehouse Café and Catering can be found in the historic Woerner Feed Store, which has been an icon of the Texas Hill Country for decades. As the feed store has always been run with a tradition of collaboration with local producers, fresh vegetables, fruits, and dairy are always served at the café.
The head chef, Chef Angela, uses her creativity and ingenuity to serve up some truly unique sandwiches, salads, and soups. In the early morning, enjoy a fresh, crispy avocado toast or a smoked salmon sandwich with hard-boiled eggs, capers, red onions, and sprouts!
4. The Airport Diner
There is no other dining experience like the one you can experience at The Airport Diner, hence the name, the diner is located in the Hangar Hotel at the Fredericksburg airport, so while you’re enjoying your breakfast you can watch the planes land and take off from the runway. Classic breakfast items like pancakes and omelets are served from 8 am to 2 pm daily. When we go, we end up spending hours there!
